A women's XXL - no fitted waist band on the bottom. It's a little bit shorter fit than a men's XXL. I would say it runs similar to an XL! Plenty of room through the chest + tummy, just a little more fitted through the arms.
This is a ZIP UP - the front is just plain black! No design.
